A Bassani Exhaust Makes You Feel Like a Boss

Have you ever felt like your car just wasn’t quite enough? When you start it up, do you feel like it doesn’t have the right kind of rumble or purr to properly convey your sense of urgency? Most people have had this feeling at one point or another, and if you’re looking to remedy that situation, Bassani Exhaust makes an excellent starting point. Their Xhaust Road Rage 3 2-Into-1 Exhaust System looks amazing on any vehicle, and it will fill the air with the kind of deep rumble that makes your car feel purposeful and powerful.

Introduction

I have put off buying an exhaust system for my new motorbike, but after talking to some of my friends I think it’s time. So, how do I choose one? I need something that’s not too loud, looks good and makes me feel like a bad ass while riding around town. After doing some research online and in shops, it seems like Bassani is my best bet. Their build quality is great, they are known for making powerful engines even more powerful and their systems look great. If you’re looking for an exhaust system that gives you confidence on your bike then look no further than Bassani Xhaust. Check out their products below!

Design

The 3′′ diameter of Road Rage pipe makes it one of, if not the loudest pipe on today’s market. This is good for two reasons: 1) It attracts attention to your machine, and 2) when people ask about your beautiful bike, you get to tell them about how you built it from pieces, one-by-one, until you created an amazing ride that can outrun almost anything on two wheels. This explains why road racers choose these pipes – they want their motorcycles to sound like pure power.

Sound

The Road Rage 3 isn’t quiet. It’s not supposed to be, so if you’re looking for something that will be like taking a road trip in your living room, get yourself some earplugs and settle in. This is loud, proud performance exhaust that looks amazing on a bike. The tone is throaty and authoritative—not like your neighbor revving his SUV on Sunday morning, but also not just an air raid siren screaming through your neighborhood every time you push down on the gas pedal. On top of it all, there are no drones or rattles at any rpm with any gear—it simply sounds fantastic from start to finish.

Performance

Bassani exhausts are performance-engineered to give you more power with every mile. They’re built for maximum flow, meaning less backpressure and more engine efficiency. The Road Rage 3 is available in chrome, black or brushed stainless steel—get that factory look without sacrificing any horsepower. It features mandrel bends, CNC-machined flanges and canister spacers so everything fits together seamlessly. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, it gives you enhanced durability and reduces corrosion. And if you want to go wild with customization, there are six different tip options to pick from. Even better: some tips are interchangeable so once you pick one style, you can easily swap them out over time (and seasons) as your tastes change.

Installation guide

After you have your new exhaust on hand, it’s time to install it. First, disconnect the negative battery terminal on your car to prevent any accidental shorts in case you come in contact with any of your car’s metal parts. Next, jack up your vehicle and place jack stands under all four wheels. This will keep you safe from injuries should there be an accident during installation or while driving after installation. Next, use a 3/8-inch ratchet and socket to remove each nut attaching your old exhaust system to its mounting bolts. There should be eight total nuts—four per side of your vehicle. Once removed, pull off your old exhaust system and set it aside for later disposal.

Now that you have room to work, slide your new exhaust into position and attach each bolt using two wrenches (one on top of another) to tighten them down evenly. Once complete, reattach your negative battery terminal and lower your vehicle back onto its tires before taking her out for a test drive! If everything sounds good (and looks good), pat yourself on the back because you just saved some money by installing that new Bassani Xhaust Road Rage 3 2-Into-1 Exhaust System!
